Refund policy

Wrong product, defective product (damaged or dirty)

If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is defective (damaged or dirty), please contact us using the Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. Please contact us from the person who placed the order.
We will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. We will exchange the product after confirming the contents of the package.

Cancellation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
However, we will accept cancellations only if you are responsible for the payment fee.
In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order using the Contact Us form.
