- リングのサイズの調べ方を教えてください。

安心してリングをご購入いただくために、リングゲージで正確なサイズをご計測いただくことを推奨いたします。
リングサイズは、体調や時間帯によって変わることがございます。測る時間帯は10時〜16時ですと比較的安定したサイズを知ることができるようです。※Joy Jewelでは、ご購入後のサイズ調整やサイズ交換はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
- What products do not cause metal allergies?

ANGEL DIMENSIONのコレクションは金属を使っておりませんので、金属アレルギーが発症する心配はございません。
- Can I see the products in person in the shop?

The product is currently only available online. If you have any questions about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Can the chain length be changed?

コレクションによって異なります。
Fortunato:.チェーン(アジャスター)を調整して長くすることが可能です。ドルチェカリーナ:It can be lengthened or shortened to the extent that it does not interfere with the design.
パールの一部商品については、長さ調整は承っておりません。
Some products can be ordered in the desired length at the time of purchase.Please contact us first.
- I want to buy a gift, can you wrap it for me?

Gift wrapping is available for 300 yen. Please tick the box marked 'Gift wrapping' and proceed to the cart screen.
- I live abroad, can I still buy?

You can also purchase from overseas, but some regions are not supported. You can also check whether delivery is possible and the delivery costs by entering your delivery address on the payment screen and proceeding to the delivery settings screen.
- Can I cancel an order or change the details of an order?

No cancellations or changes to orders after they have been placed are accepted.
- Can a receipt be issued?

If you would like a receipt, please indicate this in the remarks field on the cart screen. We will send you a file of the receipt by e-mail.
- I want to send a gift, can you send it to the recipient's address?

Delivery to an address different from that of the purchaser is possible. Please enter your delivery address in the delivery address field on the purchase screen. Then, in the 'Billing address' section, select 'Use a different billing address' and enter your name and address.
- I want to give it to a family member as a surprise, can I have it sent so that they don't know it's jewellery?

Yes, we can accommodate this. Please indicate this in the remarks box on the cart page and we will ensure that the jewellery is not marked on the delivery voucher. In this case, we will not send the jewellery to " Joy Jewel" but to the operating company "Rasilin Ltd".
- What payment methods are available?

Credit card payments (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB) and Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Google Pay and bank transfers are accepted.
- Can I buy via bank transfer?

Payment by bank transfer is possible. Please select 'Bank transfer' on the payment screen. Please make the transfer within 5 days of purchase.
- Can I change my payment method later?

We do not accept changes to payment methods after an order has been placed.
- Who is the delivery company? Can I change my preferred supplier?

Joy JewelYamato Transport delivers to domestic destinations and DHL delivers to international destinations. Please note that it is not possible to change the supplier.
- リングサイズが合わなかった場合、サイズ交換やお直しはできますか?

- I have lost the catch for my earrings, can I buy one?

We do not sell earring catches only.
- ピアス・イヤリングの片方を紛失してしまったのですが、片方だけ購入できますか?

商品によって可不可がございます。
可能な場合でも、お石やパールには個性がございますので、お持ちだったものと全く同一にはできかねます。
- ネックレスのチェーンが切れてしまったのですが、修理はできますか?

- ピアスをイヤリングに加工してもらうことはできますか?

ピアスをイヤリングにする加工は承っておりません。
- Can you clean my jewellery?

Cleaning is not available.
It is important to maintain your jewellery on a daily basis. Please refer to the detailed information on how to care for your jewellery.
If you are concerned about stains, we can repair your jewellery for a fee. However, we will reply to you whether restoration is possible or not after we have seen the item in person. Please contact us first.
- Is it possible to request repairs from abroad?

We only offer repair services for domestic purchases. We apologise for the inconvenience.
- What precautions should be taken in handling?
