We will get back to you at Joy Jewel.
When submitting your enquiry, please include the following information.
If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to tell us as much as you know.
  • Date of purchase
  • trade (brand) name
  • Name of purchaser
  • Repair details.
  • Depending on the nature of the repair, we may ask you to send us photos.
  • Depending on the nature of your request, we may not ask you to send us your item if we consider that we are unable to repair it.
    Please send us your item(s) only after you have read the instructions from Joy Jewel.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item.

We will take the item back to you for inspection and inform you whether the repair is possible or not, how long it will take, and how much it will cost.
  • The length of time and cost of storage depends on the material, design and condition of the item.
  • In the unlikely event that you do not wish to have the repair carried out at this point, we will send it back to you by cash on delivery.

You will be contacted when the repair is completed.

After confirming payment of the repair costs, we will contact you and send the product back to you.
  • Joy Jewelwill cover the shipping costs of the return.
